Manchester Early Learning Center is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors representing different aspects of our community. Our Executive Director oversees the daily operations of the facility and the Assistant Director acts in the Director's absence.

If any of the days fall on a weekend, the day of closing will be posted in advance. The above listed holidays are paid holidays and clients are responsible for paying their normal contracted fee for each day.

We reserve the right to close if poor weather conditions arise or another type of emergency presents itself. MELC will not ordinarily close due to bad weather. However, if the county falls under a snow emergency (or other type of emergency) parents will be notified.

Parents are responsible for notifying MELC if their children will be absent or if there will be a change in routine (such as someone other than the designated persons picking up your children).
